Members: Post your videos Procedure

Login to your account with your user name and  password

Click Post your videos in the menu at the MENU bar on the top under this select Upload Videos

Give the title for the Video

Give the description of the Video content

Click to read the terms and conditions

Click the check box to accept the Terms and Conditions

Select a file from your system location by clicking BROWSE button

After selection of the file click UPLOAD button

You can view the status bar on the screen

After reaching 100% on the status bar, the selected file has successfully uploaded

You will able to see the upload File Details like Title, Description, File Name

You have to click the SUBMIT button for making confirmation, then only your file will be stored in our database.

You will see message “Your file has been Uploaded Successfully. After verification you will receive a mail within 48 hours to your Mail ID about the approval status. Click here to upload another file.”

Immediately after 48 hours you will receive a mail to the e mail address of the login user id where the video has uploaded to www.kumudam.com  from Kumudam Administrator about the status of the file.

Once the video is approved you will get  the following message to your login e mail user id;

Dear User,
The uploaded video Dotocm has been approved.
Logon to  http://www.kumudam.com/view_upload.php  to view your video.
You can share this uploaded video either to your friends in Specific or to the public in general.

You can share these videos with your dear and nearest ones or you can share them with the public.

Click on the SHARE of the particular video you can see text box where you can enter individual e mail ids of your dear and near ones with separated by commas FOR PRIVATE USE ONLY.

A mail will be received by the addressees mentioned by you with a url link. They can view the video by login to www.kumudam.com with their user id and  password and copy and paste the url mentioned in the e mail.

For PUBLIC view just type PUBLIC in the text box. This video can be viewed by all Kumudam.com paid users.

If you do not think your current video file format is recognized by kumudam.com, you may get the best results from converting your file to MPEG4 video with MP3 audio. If your format is recognized, but you are experiencing other issues with format errors, feel free to mail us admin@kumudam.com, and we will try our best to fix it.

Important Notes:

Video files cannot be larger than 200 Megabytes

Acceptable video types are: .3GP (cell phones), .AVI (windows), .MOV (mac), .MP4 (ipod/psp), .MPEG, .FLV (adobe flash), .SWF (shockwave flash) , .MKV (h.264),
