| How can I see Tamil Font in my browser? |
Generally our website support fonts for Internet Explorer and Fire fox. If you are getting any font problem, you please follow the steps as given below.
Go to font download page and you please follow the instruction given in that page. After finishing it, you please refresh the page. Further If the same problem is remaining , then please follow this
Select View menu in Internet Explorer Browser --> Select Encoding--> you have to select User Defined.
Select Tools menu in Internet Explorer Browser -->Select Internet Options-->Accessibility you have to unselect all the checkboxs .
Select View menu in Fire fox Browser --> Select Character Encoding --> Select User Defined. |

| What do I do if windows media player is not working or the picture quality is not clear? |
If you are the user of mozila browser, you please check the browser version is 1.5.0.4. If not, pls update.
To check the version of your browser, please click the help menu in the browser select about mozilla firefox.
If it is Internet Explorer, please make sure that the Windows media player is Ver 9.0 and Internet Explorer is Ver 6.0. |
